DEAF PUPPIES :
Deaf puppies are born from time to time. They are most often white pups. These puppies will be sold to homes willing to train them with hand signals, and to provide proper vet care. They will be sold for the cost of the deposit only. $250 for AKC or $200 for CKC. Please understand these puppies REQUIRE fenced yards and caring owners to be sure they remain safe throughout life. :)

White boxers are great pets, but there is a deafness issue with a small percent. Although we believe you should be free to do what you wish with your own dog, our first responsibility is to our breed. We have seen many breeders breeding white to white to get entire litters of white puppies and the outcome is always deaf puppies. Maybe not all in the litter but 2 white parents do produce deaf pups. I truely believe that white boxers are every bit as loving, playful, happy and loyal as colored boxers and whites are also excellent for agility, obedience and many other sports. Our white puppies have the same champion blood as our colors, but for the sake of our breed, please educated yourself before you breed. Health test your dog 100% before breeding, even if colored, and NEVER breed a deaf boxer of any color. Deafness is the ONLY health issue in white boxers, that is not as common in a colored boxer. BUT colored boxers can be deaf, also! Whites and Colored boxers still need all the same health testing. I have owned and raised from birth 2 SOLID white boxers. Neither deaf, blind, or sickly. Both the heathiest boxers I have ever owned. Both loved to be outside and neither ever got a sunburn - ever. If you have any questions about my whites, please contact me. Buyer agrees to purchase this purebred boxer puppy described below upon the terms of this contract.

The use of the term Puppy is used throughout this contract, however this contract is valid for the life of the puppy. The Breeder warrants that the Puppy is a purebred, offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam.
The agreed purchase price for the Puppy is $ U.S., of which
$ has been paid as a non-refundable deposit; and
$ is to be paid in cash at the time of delivery/pick up of the Puppy
The Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that, by signing this Agreement and making a deposit, the Buyer has made an irrevocable commitment to purchase the Puppy and the entire deposit is therefore non-refundable.
The buyer agrees to pick up the puppy at the age of eight weeks, on a date and at a time agreeable to the Breeder and Buyer. The Buyer will forfeit the entire deposit and all rights to purchase the Puppy if the total purchase price is not paid in full on or before , unless otherwise noted.
The Buyer states by signing this contract that he/she is at least eighteen years old; that the Buyer has never been cited for, charged, or convicted of violating any animal cruelty law in any state or country.
The Buyer agrees that the Puppy will be used as a family companion dog; will not be sold, given or transferred to any mass-producing kennel ( puppy mill ), animal research laboratory or other business; and will not under any circumstances be used or trained for activities which are illegal, such as, but not limited to, dog fighting. The Puppy may be used and trained as a therapy dog, obedience, or as a working dog that performs tasks appropriate to the breed, and may be entered in obedience and agility competitions.
The Buyer agrees to raise, house, feed, obedience train, exercise, groom, socialize, keep and care for the Puppy in a humane and proper manner; keep the puppy vaccinated and provide veterinary care for any injury or illness. The Buyer agrees that the Puppy shall not be allowed to roam free or be chained outdoors. This is not an outside breed, and does not tolerate extremes in temperature. The Breeder recommends keeping this breed indoors, and permanent identification of the Puppy by tattoo or microchip is recommended. If problems arise concerning the keeping or training of the Puppy, or if the Puppy becomes seriously ill, the Buyer agrees to inform and consult with the Breeder.
The Breeder guarantees that the Puppy will, at the time the Puppy is delivered to Buyer, be free from communicable diseases as appears to the eye and in good health. Puppy is up to date on vaccines and de-wormings. The Buyer may, at the Buyer’s sole expense, have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyer’s choice within seventy-two hours after delivery of the Puppy to verify the Puppy’s state of health. The Breeder has bred the Puppy’s parents with the aim of producing puppies that are free from genetic diseases, disorders and conditions. It cannot be determined, however, that the Puppy will remain healthy throughout its lifetime and will never develop any genetic disease, disorder or condition; however breeder agrees to replace a puppy with a life threatening hereditary condition anytime in the life of the dog ( up to 8 years )
with two veterinary statements, one being from a veterinarian of breeders choice, IF, and ONLY if, all health testing for this breed has been done, and results reported to CERF, OFA, Penn Hip, etc. and breeder, at the recommended age(s). A list of test can be found at the American Boxer Club website. ALL testing listed MUST be done at the appropriate times/ages, in order for replacement. This breed is prone to Cancer, this kennel does not replace dogs who are diagnosed with Cancer. We DO NOT replace puppies that have any illness that could have been pick up after leaving our home, including Parvo. We ONLY replace for GENETIC defects, with written proof from a Veterinarian. We may require our vet see the puppy before replacement. Replacement puppy will be of equal registration, color, sex and potential ( pet/show ) as soon as one becomes available. No veterinary/health testing expenses will be paid by breeder at any time for any reason, EVER, even if problems/conditions arise. If you HAVE NOT health tested your boxer, and it still becomes ill with a life threatening hereditary condtion, please contact us as soon as you are given this information. We may still replace your puppy on a case by case basis. Health testing does NOT need to be done in order for replacement if your pet has been altered and can not produce offspring, alteration must be made BEFORE 6 months of age in order to qualify.The Puppy is sold with an application for registration with . No guarantees are made as to the puppy's ability to do well in any show, obedience or agility trial or as a breeder. If puppy is a bitch, the Puppy will not be bred prior to her first birthday. If the bitch is co-owned, This AND the co-ownership contract BOTH apply. If puppy is a dog, the Puppy will not be bred prior to his first birthday. If the dog is co-owned, This AND the co-ownership contract BOTH apply.
The breeder is concerned with the future care and continued well-being of the puppy. If the Buyer is ever unable to provide an appropriate home for the Puppy or to take proper care of the Puppy, then the Buyer must promptly notify the Breeder of such circumstances; the Buyer is prohibited from abandoning, euthanizing, or surrendering this puppy to a rescue organization or animal shelter. The Breeder will take the Puppy back without refunding any portion of the purchase price, or assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home for the Puppy. Buyer may sell the puppy to another home if they so choose as long as it is not a puppy mill or research lab. If Buyer ever attempts to sell, transfer, surrender or otherwise dispose of/use the Puppy in a manner that is prohibited in this contract, then the Buyer will automatically forfeit title to and ownership of the Puppy; title to and ownership of the Puppy will revert automatically to the Breeder; the Breeder will have the right to immediate possession of the Puppy; the Breeder may take action to find and recover possession of the Puppy and the Buyer shall be liable to the Breeder for all of Breeder’s costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, travel, recovery, attorney fees and court costs)(any court action will take place in the breeders state of residence, and county of breeders choice) in attempting to find and recover possession of the Puppy, regardless of whether Breeder’s attempts are successful. Under such circumstances, the Breeder will not be obligated to refund any portion of the purchase price.
The Buyer agrees to inform the Breeder of any changes in Buyer’s address and/or telephone as long as the puppy is in buyers possession.
The breeder requests that twelve ( 12 ) pictures of the puppy, four (4) after settling into puppy's new home, four (4) at one year of age, and four (4) at two years of age, be sent to the breeder via e-mail. This is NOT a requirement, but a courtesy to the breeder, that would be greatly appreciated. We love to see how our babies turn out, so we are respectfully requesting pictures.
By sending the pictures you agree to allow posting of the pictures by this kennel, with the purpose of showing the looks of our puppies as adults, and showing our puppies with new owners/families. You may, at your option, send as many pictures as you wish. However, only a limited amount will be posted on our website due to limited space.
No warranties, representations or guarantees are made, given, expressed or implied, except as specifically made herein. To the maximum extent permissible by law, the breeder disclaims all other warranties, representations and guarantees. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the buyer has not relied on any warranties, representations or guarantees which are not specifically made herein.
The buyer hereby releases the breeder and assistants, estate and heirs from any and all liabilities, claims, responsibility and damages arising out of, resulting from or relating to any damage, harm or injury ( including, but not limited to, injury to a person or damage to property ) caused by the puppy after delivery to the buyer.
This agreement sets forth the entire contract between the parties; is executed in duplicate; is binding, may be canceled, modified or amended ONLY in a writing signed by both breeder and buyer; and shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with Tennessee State law. Breeder and buyer hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee, any action, suit or proceeding relating to the enforcement of, interpretation of and/or resolution of any disputes arising out of or concerning this agreement will take place in the state and county of breeders choice.
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ALL ITS TERMS.
